My experience at Jim Wernig GMC was excellent. Chelsea scheduled my appointment and the service was prompt , friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Jim Wernig GMC.

I own a 2008 Buick Lucerne and have always had it serviced at Jim Wernig"s dealership from the former dealership till now at the new owners. I recently had an oil change done there . The service personal is the very best. The two service advisors Jennifer and Chelsey are also the very best. I was very disappointed to learn that Wernigs was no longer a Buick dealership as Buick has become an all electric car. What is G M thinking!!!! Anyway Wernigs is still the very best dealership.

The transmission, trans cooler, and the oil pump belt was replaced. After driving home 300 miles, the truck acted as good as new. Appreciate the hard work and the fact they did a great job.

I took my vehicle to Wernig's for a rear camera issue. They were able to diagnose the issue, it required a part order, so I had to leave my vehicle there. They provided me with a loaner vehicle and as always were very professional, friendly and courteous. I never take my vehicles for service anywhere else. Wernig has a terrific service department.

I had scheduled maintenance of oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection. I wasn't given the documented multi-point inspection record. This has occurred everytime I've had it done at this dealership, which is very disappointing. I want to keep records of all service performed on my vehicles. At other dealerships, the multi-point records have been useful in tracking vehicle wear status.

The two service writers are very knowledgeable and professional. No one really likes to bring a vehicle in for service however the customer experience is smooth so that it is not a hassle. They are doing a great job!
