Took it in by 1pm for three recalls [tailgate switch, trailer brake controller, and software update]. They jumped on it and had me headed home a boot fifty minutes later. Really appreciated getting me out of there and back home.

Really enjoyed working with Bill Flynn and Kevin McTaggert. Both are very personable. That goes a long ways.

Scheduled service was on time with the proper time to be completed

Communication was great, they worked with the warranty company. However, got my truck back and it was 6 quarts low on transmission fluid. It calls for 12.06 quarts.

Ask for Jeff Borst, Sales Manager at Jim Wernig GMC, he is the best. He is amazing and made the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond your expectations. When it came time to preparing the paperwork, Kevin was fantastic throughout the whole process. They both took care of us, answered all of our questions, and gave us a good deal.

The transmission, trans cooler, and the oil pump belt was replaced. After driving home 300 miles, the truck acted as good as new. Appreciate the hard work and the fact they did a great job.

Fast & efficient!

I own a 2008 Buick Lucerne and have always had it serviced at Jim Wernig"s dealership from the former dealership till now at the new owners. I recently had an oil change done there . The service personal is the very best. The two service advisors Jennifer and Chelsey are also the very best. I was very disappointed to learn that Wernigs was no longer a Buick dealership as Buick has become an all electric car. What is G M thinking!!!! Anyway Wernigs is still the very best dealership.

Your sales rep was outstanding, he took care of my problems and made this a great purchase.
